Does any one have purchased this from Amazon.uk(34.97) or flipkart(Rs. 2399).

Purchasing from flipkart seems to be the best option for that price. With amazon you are at the mercy of customs.

Prices seems to have gone up since Iplaced my order for JP - 27.48 and HP complete 8 films for 26.


Go for amazon if you are planning to buy / add any other BDs alongwith JP and ready to wait..I mean real long wait...

otherwise..go with flipkart.

But i believe HP is getting released in December 2? or earlier? also is the delivery to India is still free? to which date?

Amazon is showing me dispatch date for both the items as December 1.

I have ordered from flipkart...Last time i got LOTR from amazon uk i was charged 700 bucks customs....so if i get charged that much....it is futile to get from uk.....

I got the Jurassic Park from Flip kart, there was some scratches in the discs which i noticed after 3 weeks of delivery date...i just mailed the issue to flip kart...and wow they sent me a replacement copy..hats off to them.....no questions asked...
but sadly the new discs are also not in pristine condition...so i guess these buggers in Reliance are using low quality discs.....Again i contacted flip kart...they are telling they are directly taking from distributor and sending me...so i believe it is reliance which makes such *$@@$ up quality discs....

I ordered JP-Trilogy from Amazon, UK on 22-Oct and I received the set in less that 15 days (around 2 or 3 Nov). No duty charged.

I placed order for Star Wars - The complete saga, on Oct 24 and received the delivery on 5 Nov. Again no duty.
