just bought terminator 2 4k from amazon spain

I Don't know about the Spanish version but I've heard that the 4k transfer of T2 is not good. They had taken the 3d source as template for the transfer. It will probably get a rerelease with the T1 4k release

i bought it before once from amazon india and i liked the 4k quality. then it had bluray as region locked so i returned it. but i liked 4k quality

It's OK if you liked the 4k transfer. Both the versions are studiocanal versions IMO will be similar.

Then that's great. T2 is an enjoyable all time favourite and collectors item.

I had bought a HD bluray disc of Thor : Ragnarok from Amazon India and it had lousy sound quality & was a waste of money. I wish I had seen the user reviews which were mostly negative for the disc. I think it was mastered here.

in india they just import 1 piece and make copies and sell them. if u want to enjoy real sound like dolby atmos. you need to pay price and import it

I have stopped buying blurays since formats and resolutions keep changing. I do have a few ones like Predator, Infinity wars etc.
I have not upgraded my HD bdp since then and now use Nvidia Shield to watch movies and have moved away from physical media long ago.

i am also too much excited becoz my panasonic ub820 is here which is sealed. sony oled already installed. Dali opticon 2 mk2 still sealed. denon x4800h still sealed. I put banana plugs on wire yesterday so wire is ready. Will soon make a full video.

What I know is powerdvd ultra cannot play 4k UHD discs. Only plays 2k discs.

There should be 3 discs in this Spanish version, 1 being 4K 100GB and the other 2 1080p (50GB)
