Has any member seen this documentary? Its about the 'power' politics of Kanpur told through the antics of a guy who makes a living rigging up illegal power connections for poor households and businesses. I read about it in the BBC and saw a short promo on YouTube. Sounds like a very interesting and typically Indian story.
