Latest offering from Samsung- 50C650 plasma

Heyy guys.. tonight while visiting a samsung shop, they showed me the latest 50" flagship plasma offering from samsung...C650...
It was very slim... to me it seemed even slimmer than a few of the LEDs... On asking the price I was told that it costs 1.04 lacs....
anyone has any info on this model...
The guys at the shop said that it arrived today itself...
I had personally gone there to demo the 50C550...
My first impression was 'wow'... Didn't manage to get a SD preview as they didn't have the facility there...
Hoping for some expert advice here....

yes its a good high end model,is very slim and has DLNA, internet tv and some other features compared to previous generation models.

The correct price for it should be closer to 90-95k. I was offered one at 95k in Gurgaon a few months back without any negotiation.

To be fair - these low Compare India prices are by dealers in some tiny shops usually with 1 guy behind the counter without the TV on display. Personally, I'd pay the extra 4-5k and get it from a shop which I can chase later if there's some screw up.

Plus, are Gaurav/Guruji Electronics registered Samsung dealers ? There might be some issue with the warranty if they aren't.

Legally as long as you have bought a 'Samsung India' tv and have proof of purchase, the company has to provide warranty coverage. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise.
