LED from Hongkong

Hello friends,

Need guidance. My sister-in-law is going to Hongkong for around 2 weeks and has kindly agreed to get me LED TV from there. I couldn't gather much info on shopping LED from Hongkong over internet or this forum so this thread. What I want is a ~40" LED TV within a budget of 30-35K INR . Can someone guide me on this if LED TVs are actually cheaper there and from where in Hongkong it can be bought ? Any customs issues at Kolkata / Delhi airport when she lands here back from Hongkong ? TV model suggestions needed too ?

Hi Sudeeps, the only disadvantage of getting an LED TV from abroad is 'no warranty'. You save a huge money by getting TVs from Hongkong (or grey market) as the same 40" TV may cost you Rs. 52-55k in India.
