LED or LCD

Hello Guys

I was offered 77k for C6200 SAMSUNG LED 40"
and 63K for C650 LCD 40"

I need which one would be the best TV go for?
are the prices normal?

Also do i need to notice something when audition this TVs other than SAMSUNG lottery system? Also does this lottery system applies to LED TV?

My needs 40% for Movies + 60% for games through PC


Plz, I need inputs of all gurus out there.

(currently i'm not into plasma)

The main difference I see with traditional LCD tv is that over a period of time the fluorescent lamp used in these TVs become dull and the white colour becomes pale yellow.

I think the LED back light will have a better life and can keep true white for longer compared to similar LCDs. I also noticed that the brightness and clarity tend to be a slightly better in LED back-light units.

A few other differences I noticed , LED panels are much slimmer. They are also more efficient and consumes less power .

The questions really is , is it worth paying the differential for sleek looks and slightly better picture quality. And my take is , if you can afford it go for LED
 
LED has more brightness and contrast and it's more reliable than LCD TV but lacks little bit in picture resolution than LCD TV while watching closely (not much notable).

LCD TV lacks in brightness and contrast comparing to LED TV. but picture resoultion is better.

I think you can go for LED TV.
