LED TV CSD prices n where in Delhi ?

I wanna know, if one wants to get led tv at CSD price in Delhi, from where do we get it.
I mean are there some listed/authorised dealers who can sell at CSD prices or any TV dealer can sell at CSD rates ?

If there are some particular dealers only, can someone pls let me know the names n location of these dealers in Delhi.
