LED tv Dilemma

i am looking forward to buy an led tv tomorrow:

There final Choice ended up here:

1. Samsung series 6 46C6900 -------Model2010---------------------82,000
2.Samsung series 5 46D5500 -----Model2011---------------80,000(includes a free bluray player from samsung)

which one is the best among the two please advise? Also suggest any other brand tv on the same price lines Strictly 46 inches or above please


Do i have worry abt the Samsung lottery panel policy when buying an LED? or its only related to LCD

I didnt get you those are the price for which i am getting those models here in viskhapatnam-Andrapradesh

Samsung 46d5500 with free bluray cost approx. Rs.80,000/-
Samsung 46C6900 cost Rs. 82,000/- <this price after negotiating initially 85000/->

Both being LED models from Series 5 and 6 respectively

Panel lottery applies to even the highest end Samsung LED D8000. So yes you do have something to worry about.
