By Blu ray - do you mean a Blu Ray player or a disc? The TV is available for about 71K INR from a quick googling.

Dont know about the deal, but the TV is class apart, both in 3D and 2D and 2D to 3D conversion .....

My cousin got this model tv plus Tata sky hd ( no plus) plus 4 pair of glasses for 72 k, almost a fortnight back ( that deal also included the financing at zero interest).

My suggestion is get a good 3d blu ray player after really asseing yr blu ray discs procurement, I mean do you rent the blu ray discs from a local lib, or you get them from abroad, as this will help you to decide buying a region free player .

You mentioned bluray so it can be interpreted as a disc ... a movie could cost a thousand buck no.

Looks like a good deal.. depends on which blu ray player it is. check out its features. if you wish some more from it (like network capabilities and/or a better player) you can negotiate without the player but if that suffices your purpose go ahead.. all the best

Shipping and Duties not included. They do quote the shipping charge but No idea on Duties and Taxes to be payed. Also not sure if its INR.
