i'm plannig to buy 42" plasma in 2 days

which plasma should i go with ?

LG 42PT560R plasma or LG 42PJ560 plasma

which 1 is better ?

is any 1 using these tv ???

Just checked out 42PT560R at Croma, seems to be quite good. It was for 39,990/-.

Why go for plasma with an outdated technology, instead go for LED

Outdated technology doesn't mean it is inferior. If you read the TV threads in this forum, you will know why videophiles prefer Plasma over LCD and LED.

What I learned from the experts and experience that Plasma can give black marks (foot prints)after a point of time in such places like the logos and channel names where always same picture is coming.

Or the Panasonic X30 - Second choice.

Avoid LG for plasma.

well if you read some more threads you will find that getting these IR problems are quite difficult! it happens if you dont break in your tv properly or if you watch the same channel for about 8 hrs straight,can be fixed though.If you further abuse it by watching the same channel for 24x7 or if you display a static image for hours then you have burnt in the static image!
older plasma tv used to suffer from this quite regularly,hence the bad name!
