Recently picked up a LG Ultrawide 29 inch monitor from Amazon. Ended up having a faulty display & amazon said they have mentioned that any non physical damage is to be handled by service center.
Service center is refusing unit replacement citing they can only replace panel, is there a grievance redressal for escalatjon available to raise a complaint beyond the lg service center. It seems to be a thing of regular issue with LG , same issue of ping pong of who is to replace the unit had happened in the past for an OLED TV from a physical shop too. Seems like even for a brand new unit, LG doesn't want to handle any replacement requests .
