LG Smart TV - LM6200

What do you mean by "I have a wireless internet connection"? You will want to provide more information.

But essentially, if you can connect a laptop to the router via a LAN cable and access the Internet, you should be able to connect your TV to it as well.

That said, beware. 150Mbps is a theoretical speed. Depending on the quality/size of the media file on your hard disk, the bandwidth on wifi might be insufficient. It often is.

You might want to consider connecting your hard disk directly to the TV via USB, or investing in a media player instead.

Good luck.

Like Polaris told,Don't stream any video file over wifi router to tv.It won't play at all. This feature is gud only for Pics and small size videos of less than 5mb size. You can watch youtube videos everything depending upon your internet speed and tv processor speed.I watch youtube videos through wifi router in my tv .Sometimes it is running flawlessly without any stop start motions ,but most of the times it is loading loading only.

Yes. I think you can share your hard disk over the lan cable. The router here acts as a hot spot and a network sharing device.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
