^ And why is that ?
No passive 3D Panasonic is sold in Indian market, other option of passive 3D by LG finds any mention in 5 star rated TV, if there is any model , it is very highly priced, which is too expensive
Buddy you think ACTIVE 3D is better than PASSIVE ?
I personally prefer Samsung over LG or Sony but while doing a 3D demo i got a headache within 3 mins and didn't like it at all.. reason? well it flickers a lot which leaves you no choice to turn off lights while watching 3D. On Other hand Sony's ACTIVE 3D is very good, yes they were bulky but almost no flickering.
I have LG 3D TV (Passive 3D) guess what.. i never have to charge it, no flickering, not expensive, suitable for all ages.
Sure there are plenty of threads in this forum which explains about these two technologies.

Shrey,
Thanks for your advice to wait for a month ,you are right ,already Samsung has launched in US & UK ,New LED panels with affix of "H" before the model number, though it is not showing on any asian websites of samsung.
Sony has also introduced some models in US with preorder sales and delivery in FEB.
After going through reviews on different websites on the net,my conclusion is that LED TV,s by Sony and samsung are the best and Plasma,s by panasonic are the best.
So i am thinking of waiting for march to buy.
All major manufacturers of flatpanels of 4K have reduced their prices by 25-30% on 2014 range
