looking for 2.1 HT box with Digital Input

Hi,

Please advice me any 2.1 HT package/Box with Digital/Optical Input . I have TV with Digital output. I don't want to invest on Amplifier.

I have seen one Sony ID7000 , But i don't see Digital Input there.
