denon 3700 cmes with Preouts which is around 95-1L if u like marantz 5014 r 5015 which u may get in ur budget if u take time & bargain properly..Ialso saw few FMs here got 6015 for 98K too u can find that too best AVR.

Try to bargain more for 6015 marginally better than the x3700 can say 5-10% difference. Plus it is cheaper.

in AVR - Denon is an undisputed leader - Harmon Kardon / Yamaha / ONKYO / Parasound are couple of other brands that I would safely reccomend.
