I'm not an audiophile, just someone who enjoys a lot of bass. I listen to hip hop and am searching for an IEM that can deliver the same deep, thumping bass I get from the OnePlus Nord Buds. Some might call it 'muddy bass,' but that's exactly what I'm after. I'm less concerned about clear vocals as it's not even important to me and more interested in a bass heavy experience where the bass dominates and sometimes even overlaps with the mids. If you know of any IEMs that can deliver this kind of sound, please let me know.

Also, to clarify, what is considered 'muddy bass'?

Oh my!! I am a die hard one plus nord bud fan
One plus nord buds 2 is slightly better.
Got the sennheiser momentum buds and there is nothing more needed for bass.
But then momentum is very uncomfortable...keeps falling and there is a continuous pain in the ear...feels like its F'ing my ears all time😜.

Oppo enco buds is a mini bomb...not available anymore. Got 3 of them in my family. This bud with android playstore equalizer app can make the brains explode provided, usiing the right source.

Bose anyday!!!

Fortunate enough to try a lot of earbuds from amazon and returned them.

Fit and comfort has been my priority followed by dynamics and then the bass...

I want to get rid of my momentum...not using them caz of the pain and uneasy feeling of falling!!

Bose anyday!!!
Which one? have you tried any?

Also, since we're on the same page with the love for bass. I'm curious, what's your current setup? I've been thinking of building my first home theater or maybe going for an HTIB. After doing some research, I found that the Logitech Z623 is powerful enough to shake windows and picture frames, which sounds amazing. But spending 14k on a system with known issues feels like a gamble.

I also went down the rabbit hole researching more serious setups and found that I'd probably need around 80k just to start with a decent 2.1 system. Since bass is my only priority, I have to invest in a powerful subwoofer, but that alone takes up most of my budget. With what's left, I can't really afford an AVR, but I could probably get an amp for around 10k and front speakers for 20k. That's my plan for now, but I only have 20k at the moment and it'll take me years to save up for a subwoofer alone.

Since I mostly watch movies and some shows, an AVR would be great, but it's just not affordable for me right now, let alone a subwoofer. That's why I'm still searching for some bass heavy headphones or IEMs that can give me that thumping bass experience in the meantime.

I am sworn off tws after too many disappointing experiences with so called flagship tws. I am yet to hear one which can match the output of a wired iem driven by a decent amp
FLagships are mostly crap for my taste. Tws offers comfort which wires dont. I mostly end my day with it in bed. I roll with it at night in sleep and never know its there.
One plus nord buds were extremely comfortable like a bose for me. Tws fit differs for different ears but one plus nord buds mostly fits all. try these and i am sure, like me, you would never want to return to the wired.got a huge collecion of wired iems from rs500/- to rs25000/- (RHA T20)

Bose all models are veey good. But one plus nord buds offers the ssme kind of comfort with one tenth the price!
And logitech is a better choice. Avr is no vfm. Avr will keep you wanting more and makes you feel poor! Sky is the limit (for spending)

A guy in my city is offering me his 2 year old Polk HTS10 for 45k and Polk ES15 for 25k, so it comes to around 70k total. Do you think it's worth spending that much and pairing it with a 2.1 amp with a sub-outn instead of going for the Logitech Z623 for 14k? Is it worth spending the extra, aside from the flexibility and upgradability of a custom setup? I’m not sure which one would give more bass. What do you think?

Hts 10 new itself is low priced and even the es15.
Yes they will be better than z623.
Sometimes if the room is small the z623 itself would suffice.
The 2.1 amp to pair with polk also matters to factor in the effect outcome.
The extra money spent is not scaled to the benefit is my belief

check this one

you can also consider IEMS like -

My recommendation is based on the op whose primary ask is monster bass.
If someone says x product is better because of their other preferences, good for you, but that's not what the op asked for. If you have any recommends for an iem with more bass than the xb55 I'm (if you'll pardon the pun) all ears

Can you share the link? This is what the guy said: My kind request, don't try online purchases of this segment speakers or amplifier or AVR. u will find lesser than dealer price, but old model or defective product. many people are already suffering. doesn't matter whether you buy from me or not, don't go for online purchases, especially in this segment.

He got the speakers and sub at profx

THis is from a dealer and profx warranty.

Yeah is it worth it or should I just order online?

Since the subwoofer is active on its own, it doesn’t rely on the amp or receiver, so it won't mess with the bass since it's got its own power, right?

But some amps do the distribution.
The additional money spent might be like only little more than logitech. Fidelity is expensive more than logarithmically...
Online is expensive i guess. Need to find a local dealer.
