Looking to buy Shure SM7B + proper preamp to power it up

Hey, I'm looking to buy Shure SM7B and looking for a dealer in Kolkata to get a trial before finalizing. Does anybody have any clue where to look for? Also, the microphone needs a cloudlifter which is quite costly here in India so I'll need a good PreAmp to power it up to boost the volume. Focusrite Scarlett Solo looks like a good beginner Interface, do you guys any better options to opt for and places to look for?

P.S - I need the microphone for recording vocals. I'm quite sure that I want this mic.
