Design choice is personal thing, but i like Reference Series design more...

Hmm Marantz loves to have a differently designed amplifier. I guess I will wait to see it in person to decide on how it looks, as it looks a bit funny to me right now.

Interesting design choice from Marantz. Possibly the only Class D integrated amp without any digital inputs. Must give credit to Marantz for keeping their mid-high range of amps analogue-only. Don't like the looks though.

Has anyone compared the Marantz reference series which uses the same hypex module with the usual heavy weights in the market ? Pass, Luxman, Accuphase etc.. ?

This is co-developed by Marantz - hypex. Bruno Putzeys apparently had some role in it.

Looks like "Bruno Putzey's design inside" in many brands .Purifi in NAD M33. There was a interesting launch webinar too.
