Just read about this on engadget:

"Update: We've heard directly from Zotac on the matter of pricing and we're told that the American MSRP will be $209.99 ($239) for the barebones edition, which will require you to add your own hard drive, memory and OS."

That said, I think it's still a bargain...

Interesting. But it all depends on what the pricing is in India. If it is something like Rs. 20,000 then it is not value for money.

I have seen hp,acer (?Dell) with similar solution for 15k around with LCD monitor in Local shops built on atom processor.

Pros & Cons for Zino HD

1. The dell Zino looks good but you have to buy it bundled with a monitor, mouse keyboard which are not necessary in my case.
2. Secondly the the Zino is equipped with CD Drive which can be upgraded to a Blue ray drive.

The zotac on the other hand can be mounted behind the HDTV / monitor ---looks cool, importing it through borderlinx would make relatively cheaper than the zino.

I found the earlier zotac model a bit too slow for computational purposes.
This seems new gen CPU+MB combo. Wud be worthwhile to wait for its review on reputed sites.
If max usage wud be for HD content then it shud be ok. Check price though. Zotac mini PC costs arnd 17000/- in my place (Lko).

Look at this - this one is little expensive but comes with win 7 and wireless kb/ mouse
