First of all thanks to all for the valuable information on X20D. USB feature which supports all formats is a plus point with LG which tilts my decision towards it. I couldnt find too much review on LG 42PJ560R. Read a lot about positive things on Panny so im confused.could you please tell me which one should i go for and why?. I will buy tomorrow. Bro please help...

The PJ560R has very good sound. You might want to consider that if you don't have a separate AV receiver. As for USB feature, LG does have the advantage, but don't give this feature too much weightage, since it is always better to go in for a separate HD media player/DVD player. However Panasonic does have a 3 year warranty. LG ASS is 2 good.
