i happy with sound quality i get form my system,

but for my friend i going to home theater shop and listen Yamaha YHT-196 system sound and i surprise with sound clarity and quality its better than my 80k sound system.

please tell me friend how it is possible 25k system is better than my 80k system, what is the problem in my system.

i an not expert so please help me to get better sound in my system.

thanks in advance

Shooting in the dark here. Most likely optimum placement of speakers, proper configuration of dsp modes, and room treatment.

Ha ha ha happens to me all the time. Sometimes even a Bose Bluetooth speakers that my neighbor has sounds better than my 5.0 setup.

Try running the Auto setup after adjusting the placement of your speakers. Also, check that the room is not adding too much to the sound. Usually the room is the biggest thorn.

Hi Rahul J,

Don't compare your home setup with demo room setups, it won't be fare enough as those room are specially made suitable for audio/video experience.

As far as quality of your setup is concerned, you should try changing your source. Rather than using your TV as source to feed audio into your AVR, try computer/media player/disk player (as per availability) as source to play DTS/DTC-HD/TrurHD etc demo/trailers.

Also try other changes as advised by other members like changing speaker position, try cutting down high freq. if its too bright, etc.

Hope that helps.

Some pictures of the room (all walls and listening area) and speakers placement will help us decide what's going wrong and help you with the suggestions

Stepwise
1. Speakers positioning (check YouTube tutorials)
2. Run Audessey - automatic room correction tool in Denon avr
3. Change source - get a bluray player with USB or dedicated media player etc. All set-up tweaks should be done ideally running a bluray as a source instead of the downloaded content. Playing from TV is not recommended.
4. Basic room treatment - Furniture position, center mat, cover first reflection points (again YouTube tutorials) etc
5. Cables - change to at least least 12 awg (guage) if you a reasonably good performance

Let's know, its easier to get a optimum performance from any system in most of the times. Also comparing with a Bluetooth speaker isn't correct, listening distance, intended usage etc come to play. It's like comparing a kitchen knife to a Sword for cutting vegetables and deciding The knife as a winner all the way.

I have used previously A225 along with A26. Performance is really good especially movies at that price range. If you are using A26 or A25,you can go with A225
