Question-
This unit does not power up, no indicator light, and the inline a-c fuses are good. Is this a common or known issue with the power input?
Also, the incoming a-c neutral connection is not connected at all, see photo attached. Is this correct? Two wires connect to the incoming Hot connection. The ground conductor would be current-carrying, which is not proper in USA.
