Recently picked up this deck.
There is a moderate hiss on the right channel when powered on. Slightly goes down during playback but the hiss still prevails. No issue with the left channel (when the deck is idle in power on state/playing). To be sure, two other sources (turntable and DVD player) were connected to the amp/speakers and the noise issue (even the slightest) was not found.
Any pointers on the possible cause?
I'll be taking the deck to Sanjay Raut (AVC Incorporated - Mumbai). If any better leads please let me know, thanks!
