Need advice on a decent Home Theatre system

Hi Guys,

I am planning to buy a new home theater system. I already have a Philips 5.1 system but the problem is running lots of cables, so i want to get rid of it.

I am not a big fan of music, but i watch lots of movies(English and Tamil) and play XBOX. My preference are mainly is in this order

Minimal or no wiring (2.1/Sound Bar???)
Easy Servicing
Decent 5.1 effect
budget around 50000 (including DVD Player)
