It's been a while i posted, was pretty busy with job and everything.
Need help on some of queries
I want to upgrade my current PC so that i can use After Effects / Premier / Maya / Fusion / Cinema 4D and other animation software's.
Current system can handle modeling but cant handle rendering with good effects and when lot of materials are added, because if i begin to render the CPU usage becomes 100% and a loud noise starts and i have to stop the render.
I think for animation we need multi threading ability.
Current setup
Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-US2H
AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 Ghz
10 GB Ram 1333hz
let me know what can be done to make the rendering fast and smooth. ( i am not expecting industry type of rendering at least low or medium )
installing graphics card will help, but people say open GL cant be used for final rendering, just for intermediate rendering.
budget max 15k (upto 20k)
OR
can i buy a good laptop for 45K to 50K and sell off my desktop and get rid of all the wires from my room ? which can be used for animation.
please let me know what you guys thing, need to decide in 2 weeks
