Need Help with purchase =)

Hello folks,
I'm from mumbai...and I am looking to purchase a LED TV cum Monitor for myself. I own a Xbox 360 a Wii.. I'm a lame person when it comes down to televisions and stuff. But I'll put forward my primary needs and you veterans and pro's can help me with a few suggestions.

- 32"inches ( Dock & Wall slung )
- HDMI ( for my 360 and Computer) I think I need 2 or more ports I believe.
- Basic AV (Red White Yellow Sockets ..sorry I dont know the exact terms)
- full HD 1080p
- Good quality for gaming with good sound
- Good brand
- Budget around 30k..can push it to 35k

Need to purchase this asap... will appreciate some help real asap.

Go for samsung LED anything above D series .

U will get all wat you are asking for with decent amount of sound output .
