Last week I had purchased Samsung K6300 43" smart TV from Croma. Everything is working fine only issue is with wifi. I have connected to my home wireless wifi connection but speed i am getting is 1 mbps where as my wifi connection is of 40mbps. Samsung people says its home wifi issue .My laptops. mobile ,ipad getting the speed of avg more than 30mbps because of this i am not able to stream anything properly.
Can someone help me whether its a TV issue or is there any changes i have to make in system config.

It is probably home wifi issue. If possible, try connecting through LAN cable and see if it helps. Also, try getting wifi router close to the TV as it could be signal issue too.

Please check QOS settings of your router (google for more info). Could also be issues with thick concrete walls between your router and TV, or big metallic objects. If you are using dual band router and using 5GHz band, try connecting to 2.4GHz band and see if it solves the issue. 5GHz band is not good for penetrating walls and big obstacles.
