Need help

Hi all,

I m having Panasonic blu ray player 320. Its just 1 month old. Since today morning it started creating problems. After 1 -1.30 hr of playing a movie , i can hear some noise in the disc header inside and the movie getting to struct every now and then.. Something very strange..

If anybody has suggestions, please let me know

Could be a defective disk. Does the player have trouble with different disks? Player could also be defective.

I have tried with different disc. 3 times had the same issue

Your in chennai and i guess you bought from chennai too ,then it has only 6 months warranty, you call them or go there and replace it .
