NEED SOME sUB-HELP

Hi everyone.
I am new to this and need some help.
I am moving into my new flat and need to buy a sub to power my HT.
My living room size is about 400sq ft with the HT are being around 250 sq feet.
I have a pair of b&w 603s3 flor standers and 602s as surround. center speaker is also B&w. set up runs from a harmon kardon 5550 amp and is connected to a panasonic plasma and hp projector.
I need a sub to go with this. B&Ws 650XP is unavaiulable till September in Mumbai.
Any suggestions?
Also; any idea where I can pick up a Panasonic BD30 Blu Ray in Mumbai?
