### need split ac for my clinic, plz suggest ###

Hi ,
I am a doctor and having a clinic in the basement of a 3 storey building.
Need split ac for my consulting room ( aluminium partitioned) measurement 2216.
The entrance is the only route by which sunlight enters and no ventilating provisions.
Usage period will be 6-8 hours everyday for 5 months a year.

My requirements:
What is the tonnage required?

What brand to go for?

Is inverter model appropriate or should go for 5 star rated non-inverter.

My place is a suburban.

My budget is 45-50 k

Dr Karthik, you can get a 2T or 1.8T Inverter split from Sharp / Mitsubishi / Hitachi / Daikin. For model references, check your local stores for stock. There will be limited units in 2T so it will be easier for you to select.

Thanks very much, anubis.... Do you think 1.8T will suffice for my room dimensions? If so will go for it coz they will be little cheap.
Then regarding after sales service., I live in a sub urban. Which one brand has very good service network?

I read the link u provided. They say 1.5t inverter model equals 2t non inverter types. Is it true,,, will 1.5 t sharp inverter model sufficient for my room dimension?

1.5T will not be sufficient for your room. 2T will be good for you. I can't say which of these companies provide good after-sales in your area as I'm from different part of India. But I think Sharp / Daikin will provide good after-sales anywhere in India.
