Need suggestions for buying 32" lcd tv

Hi guys,

I am planning to buy a 32" lcd tv with a budget of 30k (Max). It would be good if its in sony/samsung/Lg.

I have heard some panel lottery issues with samsung but im not so sure about it. So I will leave that to your experience.

I can compensate few features with quality.
