Need to buy a Budget receiver + 5.1 Speakers in Kerala

Hi Gurus,
I am pretty new to Receiver + Speaker kind of setup and totally unaware of the basics of it. I would like to buy a receiver+ 5.1 Speakers with in 35k . 40K is the max I can dream of.

please suggest me some places in Kerala (Cochin) to buy the same .

I guess in that price range you could pickup Yamaha's YHT-299 5.1 Channel Home Theatre System. Its available in Reliance Digital for about 34k and there might be some festive discounts/freebies running.

Any clue about Denon AVR-X500 + SYS 5.1 Combination ?

I got a chance to listen to JBL HT System , But not in a Demo room- still sounds good. Request you to enlight me with JBL HT + Receiver (Any Brand) combination.
