Need to buy TV @ 32" size

Hi All,

I am in Nagpur visiting my parents. They currently have a old Videocon CRT TV 21". I am planning to buy them a TV in 32" range as the viewing distance is about 7-8 feet. Buget is 30-35K but cheaper and better quality the better it is.

What TVs should I look for and what prices ?
Where in Nagpur can i get the best prices ?
I saw something on ebay (Diwali offers ?). Are they reliable ? How about warranty ?

I can pay cash down and would prefer to exchange for my 21" Videocon. What is your advice ?

PS: I will be routing the optical audio to my Onkyo 5300 Home Theater.

i was in same dilemma as u. i searched and checked a lot of models offered by samsung sony, Lg , panasonic, but finally settle down to samsung 32C550 for Rs 32000/- on 31st october. I will definitely recommend u the Samsung C550 or C530 as the overall PQ and SQ together was found to be better on samsung one.
Still if u want the ips panel then go for Lg 32ld550 or ld630.
P.S just checked ur budget u can also have a look on samsung 32c650 or 630. for rs 35000/- aprox
