New audio and home theater aficionado joining

Hello everyone,
I'm new here. Little bit about me first - I'm retired but I've been in audio hobby since my teenage years. I made my own preamplifiers, amplifiers etc. at that time but gave up later on in life when i could easily afford to buy them . I got into home theater hobby as things because more affordable but I still value good music reproduction and that remains my first interest.

I'm been spending a lot more time in India now that I'm retired and interested in understanding what is available and affordable in India nowadays.

Welcome. Building pre amps and amps sounds iteresting.
Reminds me of days running behind stk amps and boards imported from japan.
The transformers and cspacitor.
Now they call MX and pagaria as brands which used to be a local product those days.
