I am planning to create my own home theater setup. my room size is 16ft (length X10ft Width X 9ft hieght)

i have budget of not more than one lakh.

Please suggest me the . you help will great thank ful

What will this setup comprise of?

Is the budget meant for all these components, Speakers? AVR? Cables? TV? Player?

if 1L just includes the equipment, then it might be possible, cannot include room interiors and aesthetics .....

A basic home theater setup would require the following:

Display: TV or Projector/Screen
AV source: Bluray/DVD player/Media player/HTPC/Cable/Satellite box
Audio component: AV Receiver and speakers
Accessories: cables/wires/connectors etc.
Room treatment: in case of a dedicated setup

Mention which of the above you already own/have that you want to include as part of your new setup so FMs can suggest what else you would need to buy within your budget. Also mention what would be your primary source of video watching- HD Movies or cable from DTH/Set top box?
