New Ipod Touch - comparison of different models

Hi - besides the hdd capacity, is there any difference between 8GB, 16GB and 32GB models? In terms of handware components, RAM, sound quality, or applications?
Will 8 GB be enough to store most common games/ app +4GB of music?

No 16GB option is available (I believe apple stopped making it in 16GB flavour after the 2nd gen ipod touch). Only 8/32/64GB options available. No difference in hardware as per what I have read.

8Gb should be sufficient for 4 Gb music and rest games/apps. But since there is barely $70 difference between a 8 and 32 GB option, I went for the 32GB one (bought it last year) considering I have a lot of music and wanted to have a few movies on it as well to watch when I'm on the go.

Please consider picking up the 32 GB model, My 16 Gb phone has only got 3 GB of space left. Prime reason being almost 25% of music is in APL format which will grow up and I've got some games ranging to 500 Mb.

teky - I wanted to get an iphone 4G but there is a high wait time for it. This friend too won't be able to get it. Are you going back anytime soon?

During the recent Thanks Giving Day sales(Nov 27th) in US Apple Stores across USA offered their IPod Touch 4G products at a flat discount of 15%. My nephew purchased (for me) Ipod Touch 4G/32 GB version for 268 US$ which transforms to Indian Rupee Rs.12,400/-
I am eagerly awaiting for Ipod Touch 4G/32GB which will reach me shortly.
