newbie needs help ..!

Hi Guys..

I am new to this place. I am not a sound freak..and seeking experts comment

i am looking for a HT with budget of 35k..
my room is very small aprox 12x12..
mostly use for 50% for movies 25 for music n 25 for TV DTHHD
now confused with onkyo3500,denon1312xp and Harmon kardon avr143+jbl300
i am getin this for 26.5k,27.5k n 32.5k resp in mumbai
or any other combination u suggest?
really in need of help

why dont you demo the onkyo HT-S3500 and denon 1312XP and then decide. Denon 1312XP might be a better buy but you should always listen to the system before you buy. I like the JBL speakers but when it comes to AVR, Denon and Onkyo are better than HK.

Onkyo has better budget HT solution than other.Yamaha systems are not far behind.Still you need to take Demo & compare features you need.

Yes I auditioned 3500 but setup was not proper it ws jus kept on one shelf..
1312xp i dint find demo
I have also considered 1312+jbl300 but
Its crosing my budget (18.5k+25k)

Also some retailer aid onkyo has problem of overheating how far is this true ?

And if u were in my shoe what option u choose ..

Onkyo heats up is correct,but many of us are using Onkyo set up without other issues.
