Hi all,

i connected XS 5.1 with pioneer 323K today.
I get sound from all speakers but not from sub.
the sub shows 'power on' and i tried poliarity 0 & 180 and change over frequencies to 120-150, but to no effect.

Has anyone encountered this before?
What kind of cable should be used to connect sub to AVR?

update: I called up technical support of BA, they say the sub is faulty...aaahhhh....
Thanks Nero9 for such a quick response. i did check the avr settings and they are all fine.
The sub shows green light. Taking the avr out of equation, when i just power on the sub and insert a cable and touch the other end of the cable there is no noise from the sub.

Found another link where someone else suffered same fate...

Few people also had this problem ? Is this a problem with this model ?
is it better to look for other options in same budget ?

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
