In the 4505 you get a powered subwoofer and in the 3500 its a passive one. The powered subwoofer has only a 6.5 inch driver which may not be sufficient enough. Take a look at denon dht-x500 5.1 home theater package inclusive of a 8 inch powered subwoofer, 5 speakers and a reciever to drive it. Best way is to audition them yourself

Denon is costly..My budget is around 25k
Please suggest..not much usage for me few movies, tata sky and some games

Go for Onkyo 3500 if your budget is low. It has all features for your basic need. The subwoofer cannot be upgraded later, but that won't be an issue if you like the bass output of the sub. Take a demo and decide yourself.

Check out yamaha yht-196 And also Onkyo HTS-3500
Audition both these htib's and decide what sounds good to your ears. Remember you are the judge. You cannot buy anything based on others opinion.One person may like some system whereas you may not. So audition is a must.

Yamaha this model has some issues with some users ..onkyo feels safe plus it has USB and other stuff

Onkyo 3500 should be approx 30~33 k..My opininion if u have higher budget try for HT4505 in which some added features are there..(Powered subwoofer & Audyssey Dynamic Volume ),better to take audition n decide..
