Onkyo 5300 / 5305

Hello members ,

I am looking forward to buy HT !!

I enquired prices in dubai for 5305 -1699 AED (20,600INR) .

But 5305 dosent have Audyssey !! ( Uses HT-R538)

Home Theater Systems : HT-S5305 | ONKYO Asia and Oceania Website

5300 has HT-R580 with Audyssey .

Home Theater Systems : HT-S5300 | ONKYO Asia and Oceania Website

They dont have 5300 model .

Except Audyssey ,Dolby Pro Logic IIz both seems to be same .

Price wise 5305 is very cheap ( 5300 in india ~50k ? ) .

Are the above function really matters for selecting HT ?

I only need 5.1 Ch and my living room is 13ft / 40 Ft .

Is it ok for going 5305 ?

Pls advise !!

i talked to onkyo india relationship manager. they said that the probable date of launch of 5305 in India is December '10 end or first week of January!!

ANd yeah what u said are all important factors while selecting a HT

5305 should me much cheaper compare to 5300 , as it is 5.1 CH and no Audyssey .

I am guessing ~ 25-30 K !!

Is the adyssey so important while selecting HT ?
