Onkyo Receiver Problem

Hi All,

There is strange problem I am facing with my 6 year old Onkyo TX SR 503.
I play it in stereo mode via Digital out from my squeezebox touch.

Now a days sometimes there is no sound from the left speaker.
I do following things :
a) On / Off receiver
b) Reconnect speaker
c) Increase the volume suddenly and then bring it down .

One of these things always works.

Once the left speaker starts playing everything is ok till the next time.
I suggestions on what could be problem ?

Nothing to worry...I had a similar problem with my 10 yrs old Marantz (bought used one)...The left channel didn't work at all in my case....

When i took it to service center (Philips service center), they said a capacitor had to be replaced & it has working very fine since then....

Try to get in touch with Onkyo service center in your city & they should be able to help you..
