Panasonic 42 inches LED L42e6 feedback

Hi all - my first post

I am planning to buy a new LED tv for my living room.

I do not need 3D.

I already have one Panasonic plasma and quite happy with it.

I came across Panasonic TH L42E6 which I think is latest model with smart features.

May I have views from experts on above model? What is approximate price? What are other competitive options? My budget 60K max.

42e6 is an excellent led tv from the panasonic with deep black levels and excellent picture rendition from both SD and HD .....go for it....it has got fantastic reviews....

Any other tv from Sony or Samsung which can be considered as option to Panasonic 42e6? I want a tv with excellent pq. Not keen on 3d. Pls suggest.
