Panasonic TH-L32U20/D Service Menu

Hello!

Booked a Panasonic TH-L32U20... The dealer tried to deliver a used piece, I believe. There was missing packing material, the box was re-sealed, and also some scratches at the back.

The model on the box was L32U20D... I wish to know if this is different from L32U20? Panasonic, on the website, does not use "D" in the nomenclature. Also, how do I access the Service Menu on this panel? I wish to see the hours of use for further confirmation.

Should be same as for other plasma models. Hold vol - on tv and press recall button on remote three times.
In the service menu that loads, press 2 to open srv-tool.
Then, using directional keys, go to bottom right grid and hold mute for some time to see the total hours.

Thanks .. will check when I get the piece again tomorrow. Also, should the use be 0 or some very low number?

Mine was zero. It is usually reset after factory testing. So, IMO, it should be zero.
