Panasonic TV's: Adding Viera Connect Channels

Is it possible to manually add Viera Connect channels from other markets? I would like to get Amazon, Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc.

I understand that they are offered by market/region, but what if I move? Or if I use a VPN? Does the update recognise my IP address/location and pull the other apps?

I doubt it will be possible. All those features vary at the firmware level also between regional SKUs
