Panasonic vs Toshiba

Among panasonic and toshiba which company offers better after sales service for its lcd range of tv's in INDIA. I am asking this because for my budget of 40k i can buy only lcd/led's of these manufacturers in 40 inch category. I have a very bright room, so i cannot go for plasma.
Kindly tell me who offers better after sales service. I will be buying in approx 3-4 months time.

Don't know about toshiba but Pana customer service is pretty notorious for its non responsiveness.

Toshiba gives 3 years warranty. Panny doesn't.

Call each of the service centers near your place. Feel the response yourself and decide.

ask them which models are having more problems etc. Simple things - the way they answer the phone, the way they answer, are a good guide as to the future service potential.

try Philips 9000 series. very good picture quality....u need to chkout the service after sales..

Yea try the philips led tvs .Would suggest models from 6000 series.Higher end 9000 series are very good.I have a 6357 series model where PQ is good in both sd and hd.
