Philips BDP any reviews?

Hi all,

How best is philips Bluray player compared to sony and samsung in the present market.

Well LG BDP are better than philips I think.

What about service if something goes wrong? I found philips service is incapable of diagnosin CRT which is very old tech ..think about what they will do in b-ray?

Half the features are missing on the Rs 8K odd player, I am told. The Rs. 25K is full featured apart from 3D.
No idea about their multi-media capabilities or lack of them.

Have heard good reviews on pana BDP's but dont know about philips.. a sales guy at ezone was convincing my friend to buy philips over sony for better features like 7.1 audio and playing vcd's.

Want to sell my Mission M30i speakers which i would like to post in FOR SALE SECTION....but unable to do so as i have no access to start a thread...sombody pls help. :sad::sad::sad:

Pana is fabulous when it comes to BD and the BD85 was really awesome and the even the audio cd sounded really great. dont know about philips.
