Philips Sound Bar has stopped working

I recently purchased a Philips sound Bar , model No. HTL6140b/12 . i Purchased this in August. I've since used it for 2,3 months and it was working well , and i was satisfied with the performance ( The only issue i had with it was dialogue delivery which wasnt the clearest ).

However, now i.m getting distorted sound from it, and this happens only during dialogue , or atleast that's the time its most noticeable. Neway, have lodged a complaint with Philips, lets see how it goes. Seems like i made a mistake buying a Philips Product. Wishing i had stuck with Yamaha now. -_-
 
Update: The sound bar is working again , seems like the problem was Interference in the cables due to power cables being too close to the optical cable.
 
The problem occurred once again in between , but i disconnected the Sub Woofer and reconnected it and it was gone.

Chose this Over Yamaha just coz of the Sub woofer but now i highly Regret it ...:sad:
