Budget 30 to 35k. 75% movies and 25% music.

For 30 to 35K dont go for Pioneer HTP-071. Thats for someone who want to own HT system on very tight budget. Look for Yamaha or Denon with basic HT 5.1 speaker package combo. If you go for only AVR + LCR currently for this budget of 35K and add rear and subs later, that will be still better. This is one another option better than Pioneer HTP-071

30-35K is a good budget so never go fr Pioneer 071. Go for
Yamaha YHT 299
Denon 1312XP
Onkyo HT3500/4505
