Pioneer htp rs 32 upgrade.

Hi all,

I got Pioneer HTP RS 32 which was bought about 1.5 yrs back. It was damn good for music and i enjoyed it a lot.
But, it sucks badly when playing movies except the sub which i like a lot boom boom

Alright, here is the thing i want to upgrade the front 2 towers (83 db badly) and the center channel (88 db still failed) for now. Im thinking of replacing them with the Pioneer SP-FS52 and the SP-C22. what do you say? Will it be an good upgrade?

btw, i got Pioneer 322k receiver

i don't think i ll get a good deal for the old towers and the center

I'd have thought that your speakers would have been better for movies than music.

How big is your room, and why do you think they suck while playing movies? Where do they fall short?

NO mate. It's purely for music listening purpose not for movies.

Last year i bought the HT in hurry coz of the looks and bass then went back to UK.

Now, Im back to india permanently (hope so) i got so much of time to kill so started watching movies in this. it's absolutely piece of trash

So, upgrade

Don't ask why i didn't buy from UK that's a different story.

2) Have you paid attention to the acoustics of the room?

3) Where do these speakers fall short? Are they not loud? Not clear? No boom?

4) At what volume to do you watch movies?

5) What's your budget?

How can anyone help you with an upgrade if you don't share what your expectations are, and how they're not being met?
