I think you mean 9-10 ft. 
At that distance, at least 40"+ TV is recommended. You should specify your budget also.
The model you mention is (32)EX330 and not X330. It is a 720p Direct LED TV. It will cost you around 30K retail (MRP=32,990). If that is the budget you have in mind, I think that you can look at some Toshiba and Sharp models also which will be cheaper and better. But basically, I think that you should increase the budget and aim for 40-42" TV which will do more justice in the long run.

If you are getting the TV for 24K then check that it is not a display piece. Otherwise, it is a very good deal and you can go ahead.
Amongst 40" Full-HD LED, you could consider Toshiba 40PS20 (43K), Samsung 40F5100 (52K), Sony 40EX430 (54k), etc.
